Privacy Policy
Last updated: 1 June 2026
1. Who we are
Cards Swap (“we”, “the service”) is a hobby platform that helps Panini World Cup 2026 collectors in Cyprus track their cards and find people to swap with. For any privacy request, contact us at vgatsko.21@gmail.com.
2. What we collect
- Account: email, name/nickname, and (optional) city, country and the contact methods you add (WhatsApp, Telegram, phone, etc.).
- Collection: which cards you mark as owned, duplicate or needed, and any listings you create.
- Technical: a single session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
3. Why we use it (legal basis)
We process your data to provide the service (performance of a contract) and, where you add contact details, with your consent so other matched collectors can reach you to arrange a swap. You can withdraw consent at any time by removing those details or deleting your account.
4. Who can see your data
Your contact details are shown only to other registered users when you have a mutual match or an active listing — so a swap or sale can be arranged in person. We never sell your data or share it for advertising.
5. Retention
We keep your data while your account is active. Delete your account or email us and we will erase your personal data.
6. Your rights (GDPR)
You can request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of your data, and object to processing. Email vgatsko.21@gmail.com. You may also complain to the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection of Cyprus.
7. Children
The service is intended for users aged 16 or older. If you are under 16, you may use it only with the consent of a parent or guardian, who is responsible for the contact details shared.
8. Changes
We may update this policy; the “last updated” date will change accordingly.
