1. The service

Cards Swap lets collectors track their Panini World Cup 2026 collection and discover other collectors to swap or sell duplicates with. We only connect people — all swaps and sales are arranged and completed directly between users, in person. We are not a party to any transaction, do not process payments, and do not guarantee any card, price, condition or meeting.

2. Your account

Provide accurate information and keep your password safe. You are responsible for activity on your account. You must be 16 or older (or have a parent/guardian’s consent).

3. Acceptable use

• List only genuine collectible cards or stickers you own.
• No fraud, harassment, spam, or illegal goods.
• Don’t misuse other users’ contact details beyond arranging a swap.

4. Your content

You are responsible for the listings, prices and contact details you publish. You grant us permission to display them on the platform so other users can find you.

5. Trademarks

Cards Swap is an independent fan project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Panini S.p.A. or FIFA. “Panini”, “Adrenalyn XL”, “FIFA World Cup” and related marks and images belong to their respective owners.

6. Disclaimer & liability

The service is provided “as is”, without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from swaps, sales, meetings, or use of the platform.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus.
